My check in: I spent hours today working out a timeline and rewriting extensively in previous chapters to make them work such that they are congruent with the timeline. So I wrote a lot of words and took a lot of notes.

Day 22: a few hundred words of nonfic, but no creative writing. It was the first really hot day and we're in the process of planting out the summer veggies, which left me too exhausted for anything yesterday.
